Returns & Exchanges

We hope you are delighted with your Anya Hindmarch purchase, but if you change your mind, we offer a 14-day return window for all full-price items. Please ensure products are returned in their original condition, unused, and with all designer tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and receive your return authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original Anya Hindmarch packaging and secure them inside a protective shipping box, ensuring the return form is included inside.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Affix the pre-paid DHL or courier shipping label provided in your original shipment to the outside of the box, covering any previous delivery information.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at a designated collection point or schedule a courier pickup; you will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.
